The XSTELLAR™ Disposable Endo Linear Cutter Stapler with reloading units has application in multiple open or minimally invasive general, gynecologic, urologic, thoracic, and pediatric surgical procedures. The instruments may also be used for transection and resection of liver parenchyma (hepatic vasculature and biliary structures), pancreas, kidney, and spleen.
1.Insert the reloading unit (RU) into the shaft and twist clockwise until it clicks. Do not remove the protective cover before installation. Avoid moving the knife head to prevent retraction failure.
2.Adjust the jaw position, clamp tissue for 15-20 seconds, press the safety button, and squeeze the handle sequentially until locked.
3.Pull the black return knob to open the jaw. Press the unload button and turn the cartridge anti-clockwise to release.
